The Horn of Africa

The Horn of Africa is an independent journal devoted to the scholarly discussion of history, governance, literature and culture in the East African countries of Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, and Somalia, with neighboring countries as called for. Through a variety of articles, comments, reports and reviews the Journal seeks to illuminate affairs in the Horn region.
